This game scratches a particular itch, so it might not be for everyone.
If you own a copy of House of Leaves, you don't have a choice, you're buying it now.

This is a Left for Dead style game with Aliens and Terminators added in, as well as some very Metal Gear style writing and comedy. If what I just said doesn't entice you, I can't help you.

This is what I thought of the game while I was able to play it. I tried to set up PSN with it when i bought it and could not, so I skipped it and enjoyed the game.
I can not play this game anymore and therefore cannot recommend it.

If you're not sure whether to try Sunless Sea or Sunless Skies first, do this one first, as it's much more friendly to someone who's new to it's unique gameplay style.
This is also a great game for those unlucky few out there who can't help but poke the bear when given the option.

It's card game, not a sim. You're not running a cult either, those gods are real.

This lovecraftian card game is really fun; almost obsessively fun.

A warning in advance; this is not a game for the squeamish or the impatient, but if you can curb either or both of these problems, then you have a great time ahead of you. The concept is simple; you are the guy who cleans up the mess after a horror movie. Anything from dead space to alien, and even event horizon. It's best job is escapism. No matter what you do all day, you can just sit down, shut your brain off, and clean.
