My favorite game of all time. Sad to see the franchise end.

Leaders are a little underwhelming, kinda vanilla. Not an impressive list of available civs, either. Paid DLCs incoming to fix this I'm sure...

They still haven't fixed the unit production to science advancement ratio. By the time you field a decent army it's time to upgrade everything. Cash is a little easier to come across now, so I suppose it's not that big of a deal. Just sucks for those early special unit civs.

The building of terrain improvements and buildings is definitely interesting. I'm fond of it. Governments and culture advancement is really cool.

AI seems dumb so far. I'm only on prince but it's not very good at conducting war. Still throwing out random units in no cohesive strategic formations.

Graphics and general design is fun. Kinda cartoony, but fun.

Meh, it's ok. Really repetitive after a while, but by the time that starts happening you'll probably be far along enough to HAVE to see how it ends, which was kinda "meh" on the path I took. Worth a play, solid B, B-. Replay value is.... meh.

Side scrolling goodness. Great inventory and combat system. Very fun.

Do you like to simulate lifetimes while giving up yours? "Just... one..... more....... turn,......"

Blocks shooting the crap outta one another. VERY FUN FOR WHOLE FAMILY CEPT GRANPAPPY CUZ OF THE WAR AND KIDZ.

One of the best games around. Lots of replay value, PvP and Co-Op really make the game though. VERY GOOD

Widespread problems with the port, seems to only run decent on very, very high end machines despite not being all that magnificent graphically. Don't buy until patched, if ever.

Gameplay mechanics are vastly improved over COH1, line of site, blizzards, deep snow and mud make for incredible new aspects. Commanders are not pay to win as many claim, stock commanders win, it's all in how you play the game. Pay DLC is completely optional in multiplayer, many offer great new strategies but are easily countered against competant players. The game has many similarities to COH1 that give it the same familiar feel while offering new twists and turns to make it a worthy sequel.

Most of the complaints stem that the game is not exactly like COH1, and it shouldn't be. Definitely my favorite game out there today.
