All my data got corrupted because of a blackout and thus I lost my rank and customizations.

If you alt tab theres a 70% chance it'll crash, there's way too many characters, the netcode is garbage, hackers are everywhere, pluggers are a very common sight at almost any rank and you will rarely get a proper set online.

With all that said it's still the best fighting game available and it is very much ALIVE.

It has some great mods and decent customization options.

Play it in private lobbies with friends, it's much more fun and you get to laugh at all the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this game has instead of raging at randos online.

I can't wait for strive to come out.

Surprisingly it's not just a nostalgia grab kind of game, it has a ton of original ideas that are well implemented and it even lasts enough for it to not be repetitive but still satisfying to finish. Worth it even at full price but it does go on sale every so often so don't rush it if you're not sure retro styled shooter are your thing but still wanna try it.

Great port, lot's of replay value, DMC2 is definitely the weakest entry in the DMC franchise (yes it's even worse than DmC) but it's so easy and quick to finish that I'd reccomend playing it just to see how bad it is.
