The story is really intriguing, but the gameplay is not. When I got a delivery 'rating' during the introduction I thought it was meant as a joke. It was not. I guess the story really gets interesting, but I'll never find out as the walking simulator-esque delivery boy mechanics really aren't my cup of tea.

It's a good game that looks pretty impressive. The web-swinging through New York feels great. Sadly the mission design is a bit lacking and while the fighting mechanics are good, it is a shame that they are that overused. The interesting mechanics (spider bot, crawling through ventilation shafts etc) are way underutilized in comparison. The DLC make up for that a bit, but they also re-introduce the most annoying character from the base game.

Still it is worth to play, but maybe wait for a discount to pick it up.

Whoever designed the puzzles in this game should consider retiring from game design. It's just dreadful to play.

Ugh, what a mess of a game. Could be good, but the lack of explanation of the game mechanics, the dragged out level design and the fact that in pretty much every level I was left wondering what the hell I was supposed to do really drag this one down. Could be a really cool co-op experience, but needs a total design overhaul. Not recommended.

Pretty broken port. Full screen and subtitles don't work properly together. The subtitles aren't in the intro either. Pretty hard to play the game like this.

An amazing remake with a great presentation. The visuals alone are worth playing the game. In this setting the engine can show off how good it can look even better than in the two city based RE remakes before.

The story and exploration add a lot to the game, but the achievement design give you a lot of incentive to replay the game a couple of times. Combat especially on the higher difficulties is intense without being unfair. The way that you have to balance upgrading weapons with getting ammo and healing items is interesting and allows for different approaches to the challenges in the game.

That all being said it's a bit sad that Capcom decided to offer 'shortcuts' for money. The optional cosmetic DLCs are fine, the 'upgrade tickets' that boost your damage by 50% are not.

It's still a game well worth getting and on sale for half the price it's even more so.

Copy/pasted jigsaw game for 2€. Has bugs that aren't fixed since release. Not recommended.

Really cool action game with a lot of heart and humor :) First time playthrough of the campaign took me more than 20 hours (with reading as much lore as I could find that is). It does have some slower parts, but there's a lot of actual content in this one. The presentation is great and the amount of licensed music from the 70s/80s is impressive. Recommended even if you aren't a Marvel fan ;)

A really good game that does a great job at guiding the player without it feeling like it is on rails. The presentation is great and some of the views in the game are stunning. The combat mechanics are very well implemented and you constantly unlock new moves that you can integrate into the battles.

The story is well written, but it doesn't get very deep which is fine for this kind of game. Also the game doesn't overstay its welcome by being padded out with filler content. There is one optional 'grindy' area in the game, but even that doesn't feel too bad.

Overall a very good action title with solid exploration and a great presentation. Recommended.

The game is extremely bland and the extra power design is terrible. Not worth the asking price even with a discount.
