This is a great game. A simple puzzle/math game but don't get fooled. Simple doesn't mean easy here. I think you'll enjoy it.

Easy to learn. Hard to master. If you are into Hack n Slash games or medieval games you should get this. Also there is a ton of customization which is not powered by micro-transactions or any of that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. This is a game for which you pay once and play forever. Tons of people are playing and there more than enough servers for anyone. I even bought the Supporter pack in order to prove my appreciation for these types of games.

Active developers. Active community. No micro-transactions. Fun game.

This is most probably getting an award in the future.

Game Version: Croft Edition with Early Access thing
Tomb Raider experience: Played the last two games and some of the older Crystal Dynamics games.

Short version: Bad climbing. Bad combat. Bad game design.

Pros:
• Very nice puzzles.
• More tombs than in the last 2 games.
• A very intuitive difficulty system. (but it still needs some work)
Cons:
• Kind of recycled story.
• Totally useless skill tree.
• Climbing is trash.
• The Human Killing Machine.

Long version:
Shadow of the Tomb Raider is a good game. But it is just a shadow of the previous two. Your name is still Lara Croft, and you're still mad that your Dad killed himself. To relieve yourself from this pain, you're going to kill some Trinity soldiers. So you found yourself again in a race against Trinity. Original story, I know.
"Welcome to the biggest hub ever created in a Tomb Raider game" = get ready to pop up the map after every 20 feet if you want to find your collectibles, or you can just memorize it, or you don't go after collectibles, but you still have to go after the main objective and you can't run through people houses, except you can, and you can take anything you see, their documents, their family history, and they don't care. Ok, enough with this, let's go kill some soldiers. You can shoot them with a bullet, with an arrow, you can kill them with a knife, you can hang them from a rope, you can burn them, you can drown them and so on. Also, there are a plethora of weapons to choose from. When I finished the game, I had 17 weapons some of which I've never used but no weapon against the piranhas. Climbing is itchy at best and I doubt it will be fixed soon. If you barely meet the minimum sys. req. then don't get this game because climbing will be your biggest enemy.
In conclusion, if you like the last 2 games you will find this one at least enjoyable but it's a mile away from the reboot. Overall, it's a good game.

After reading the description of this game I bought the whole bundle. Developers like this need more support.
