An amazing and a very disturbing game. I firstly smiled at all the warnings shown pre-game but then I got it. :) You play a viking warrior woman, who is on her way to Hel - the viking realm of the Dead - to revive her lost husband. Actually a very emotional and romantic story and it stays that way, but not emotional, rather disturbing. On your way you learn a bit about the Viking Worlds, Asgard, Niffelheim, Midgard, Hel... and several people talk to you in your head. As well as the voices, you always should listen to the voices, cause they tell you how to win fights. On your way you have to solve visual puzzles, You get a set of Runes shown and then you have to find a matching architectual component in the World, looking like the runes. This is fun and works a lot with the free head movement of the VR. Later you have to remember the way you came and run it back with the World burning around you.

The fights are rather Arcade, nice for fans who like Tekken, not my thing. I set the game to super easy and that took the frustrating quick death in fights out of the equation.

The game runs Platinum on Steam Play, for NVIDIA users: DXVK spoofs an AMD card to games upon startup to circumvent NvAPI calls, Nvidias beauty engine. If you ever tempered with your config and changed that to spoof an Nvidia card, you need to add to the game startups parameters a new DXVK_CONFIG_FILE="path_to_file" %command% , UE4 engine dies on startup otherwise.

Runs brilliant on Linux !

And remember, listen to the voices, in your head !!!! :D

P.S.: If you set Video Quality to around 200% it starts to look pretty. The graphics and the ambiance are amazing and the immersion factor - with that disturbing voices and enemies popping up from nowhere - is very high !

A great little game. The graphical effects are astonishing and for fans of mechanical constructions doubly so. Sadly the puzzles are a bit too easy and it took me like 45 minutes or so and the game was finished. I hope it gets more content.

Runs well on a GTX 1060 and Windows with 200 % Supersampling and GPU Smoothing from the SteamVR beta. Then the graphics become really sharp.

Runs out of the box on Linux with Steam Play (nvidia 396.54.09, Proton-16.4 beta), sadly only at 100% SSA for me cause GPU Smoothing is not implemented in Linux yet and for more SSA plus the extra layer of DXVK, I'ld need a better graphics card

The VR game is a perfect port of the original game. The immersion is very high and tho its only a puzzle game in VR its double the fun. The base game has a captivating story and upholds the excitement up until the endgame. The story of the expansion is not that funny, but ok. The game is good too to test some graphics APIs; in windows I can set the max scale factor of the VR to 2,0x on DX11 and DX12. With Vulkan tho on Linux I can go up until 3,0x before it starts lagging. Max setting is 4,0x what would need a 1080. With my 1060 tho in Linux and 3,0x its perfect, already beautiful @ 2,0x.

A great remake of the inventor of Open World games ever, Outcast. The devs did a great job to bring back the old feeling of the game and the new graphics are shiny. The game is story-rich and - like the old one - feels a bit like SciFi Zelda that is a lot of fun. You are portaled to a parallel universe to the World Adelpha and your team and stuff gets scattered around the World. The local race is oppressed by religious leaders and they see you as their messias to rescue them from evil. With your technology like weapons, scanners and interfaces you have some advantage, yet the evil forces have alien and laser weaponry.
It is a pure DX11 game but it runs awesome on Linux. You have to use drivers that support stream output (e.g. 396.54.09 for nvidia) and proton 3.16-4-beta. In game you can set the gfx to high but have to switch off Vsync, otherwise its capped to 30 fps.

An ambient, thrilling· great and brutal game; I really like it. Nice First-Person Shooter very down to earth in a great resistance fighter setting against tons of enemies. You can configure our weapon with multiple tools and change from a rifle to a rocket launcher with varieing guerilla equipment that is really a great feature. So you can run around with a rifle, sniper and rocket launcher in one weapon, what is really fun and useful.

Runs almost Platinum in Steam Play Beta, on Ubuntu 18.04, 4.15 and nvidia 390. Had one shader glitch and one sound stuttering in a cutscene, but no game-breaker !

Excellent Descent remake, the game is helpful while navigating with 6DOF, the bot KI can be set challenging and the level design is great. There is even a small story and it's kinda atmospheric and must be great in VR.
Runs smoothly on Ubuntu Budgie 18.04 with Nvidia 390.

A nice little game and fans of Deus Ex will love it. The beginning is great, maybe not always as intense as the big production titles in this genre but the story looks very thrilling.

Runs in Linux like a charm :).

First impression of the game after 4 campaign missions: It's awesome. It really brings back the feeling of the old tabletop game. The round system is a really good idea and gives meaning to lighter mechs and the terrain versatility invites for a lot of combat tactics. I really love it so far !

Second impression after 80 h of playtime: it is an wesome game and a must-have for all fans of the BT universe. The gfx are great, the sound and atmosphere is thrilling and the campaign story is neat. There is even a good game difficulty, one should not underestimate.
