They looked at everything that made past Battlefield games so awesome, and then decided... To not include any of it.

This feels like a cheap clone of Call of Duty: Warzone that was then quickly switched from a Battle Royale to a Battlefield game a few months before launch. The one mode I thought MIGHT save it was Portal, but even it is built on the poorly built systems of 2042 making it incredibly limiting.

For a game that had 3 years of development and the most dev teams working on it than any other past Battlefield game the result was absolutely pathetic.

To all those saying "Give it a few months like other Battlefield titles and it will be better" are full of it. This isn't just a buggy or glitchy game, this is a game that has a core gameplay foundation issue. You can't fix that in a few months. This will take years to fix, if not an entirely new game.

Other reviews can give you a more comprehensive list, but from my short time playing before vomiting here are some things I felt were just wrong:
- No server browser!
- No rentable servers!
- No scoreboard!
- Movement system felt slugish and it was difficult to aim, like mouse acceleration was always on
- Hit registration often just didn't exist
- Lack of vehicle variety
- SO MUCH RUNNING. Maps are MASSIVE and you run for 10 minutes to get anywhere and then just die
- They absolutely BUTCHERED every aspect of choppers from movement, variety, weapons, damage, etc.
- 4 man squads in a 128 player match with no platoons or companies? Guess I can't play with a group of 5+ friends
- And it goes on... There is just so much wrong with this game...

This isn't a game. This is crack cocaine.

Hmm... We need more furnaces to increase stone production, oh wait, we need more iron to make more furnaces, oh wait, we need more ore to make more iron, oh wait, we need more power to support more miners, oh wait, we need more coal to expand the power plant, oh wait, we need more.... It never ends. We need more production! More optimization! MORE!

THE FACTORY MUST GROW!

Bought this not to long ago on a whim as it looked interesting. Turns out it is! I highly recommend it and it is definetly worth it!

Easy to learn top-down jet fighter game that can also be tricky to master. Going from simply learning how to shoot down jets to figuring out maneuvers/tricks, the proper timing on firing missiles, and more makes it sweet!

The Dev is also very active in the community/discord playing together and is quite friendly.

Sometimes late at night there aren't any PvP games going with other players, but the AI jets are pretty good! I've had quite a few moments where they've maneuvered me.
