My Steam time says 300 hours but I've always played on the games official client so the number is inaccurate. I've probably put more than 3000 hours into this game. Gameplay is pretty fun aside from aircraft carriers which just about ruin the fun of any game they're in. The biggest problem with the game is the developer though. At this point I'm convinced they hate their players. Every week the company seems to find itself in yet another PR Disaster. Each screwup they make can just about always be tied back to a chance to make more money at any cost. It really started kicking up in late 2019 where they attempted to trick players to grind a nearly impossible campaign to try and make them spend money to finish it in the Notorious Puerto Rico PR disaster. Just about every month since then they've been found to be doing another similar scummy thing (which in some cases have even been illegal) to try and rake in more cash. Nowadays they put every new item in a lootbox where they have been proven to be deceptively altering chances and adding unmentioned restrictions behind the scenes to make as much money as possible. I legitimately think they've outdone even EA here in the "surprise mechanics" department. The developer treats the games community with contempt, most of their responses to their shady monitization schemes being revealed basically boil down to "stop complaining." They don't really ever listen to any feedback or complaints of the community either. A good example is aircraft carriers, which are honestly a square peg forced into a round hole, they don't fit the core game design and completely ruin the fun for anyone who has to fight against one. I really love this game and want to see it get better. I just can't bring myself to ever support this developer with how they treat the game and its playerbase.

The black rose is a pretty good knife. I like the black version of it.
