You could pick skills and abilities at random and it'd still be too easy in act 2 and beyond. For crpg players who like to build powerful parties that synergize, the reward shouldn't be mindless and tedious combat that lasts the first turn. That shouldn't be every battle, but it is.

You are playing an easier difficulty and don't want the 2 higher difficulties to be adjusted despite people saying unfair is a cakewalk when you get some levels and gear....bozo behavior.

Like I said I am in act 2 which you can clearly see in my achievements that I have beaten act 1, and I don't use Cassia because I don't like her. I've got my own enjoyable setup that I'm sure is not min-maxed and I don't care because I'm having fun. Now if Owlcat wants to make a new custom difficulty for you people I have no problem with that, but leave the existing difficulties alone please.

You've done the tutorial act. It's puzzling why you confidently voice an opinion about something you don't know. When Act 2, 3, 4, 5 start to ramp up and you're wiping everything with your navigator on the first turn, you might see what a lot of others are - the action economy favors the player, master tactician is broken, Cassia is broken.

I am in act 2. I did Janus, and working on the Void Shadows sidequest. Also I played ~10 hours in the past but it was too buggy, then restarted after some patches.

How did you spend 60+ hours on Rogue Trader without even getting to act 2 based on your achievements? lmao
