Phenomenal narrative, better than even the base game.

The new Ion Laser and Gravity Well plasmid are both so much fun to use! I found myself sticking to them, especially after upgrading Gravity Well.

The DLC also brings us a satisfying conclusion for an old character.

Story wise, not as good as the first but still a worthy follow up to the world of Rapture.

Fun and immersive even over 14 years later. I believe this game will hold up to the test of time for decades to come.

⚠️It's an old game that was made in a very short amount of time, you are bound to encounter bugs.

Sadly, the game is simply not intuitive. The learning curve is wayyy too steep. After a few hours of playing I should have SOME idea of how play the game. I've played for 12 hours have watched several videos and still have very little understanding of how the game functions. The UI is also a cluttered un-legible mess.

The attention to detail and all the focuses are quite interesting and fun to read though. The game has so much potential if only it were a little easier to grasp.

The fact that there's a meme in the community about playing for 800 hours and not knowing how to preform a navel attack says it all.

I wish there was a middle option between recommending and not recommending.

OWB is lighthearted and funny, I love the doctors. The game play itself however are very under developed. The game runs very clunky at times and it's filled with overlooked exploits. The quests are SO boring, they're mostly fetch item, which I don't even dislike personally but the fact that nearly ALL the quests are this is insulting. The game will also at times throw hordes of enemies at you which I can't help but assume was unintentional or worse a deliberately poor design. At one point I was trapped in the X-8 Research Facility and was forced to use console commands. It was either that or lose a couple hours of progress by loading to a previous save. I defeated Gabe the robodog and only after reaching a certain point in another quest is an item spawned into his room that I had already searched. Extremely frustrating and dumb.

I'm not sure how much of that fault is due to New Vegas itself or the DLC just being poorly developed.

The goat of the jet pack cods, Underrated.

Great game! The colors are so rich and the story is very intriguing.. if you can appreciate a good story Firewatch will blow you away! You'll find yourself growing fond of the characters. I also finished the game in a good 3 sittings, couple hours each. However i'm sure most people went through the game a lot faster but i just really enjoyed exploring the large map.. and getting lost at times.. good thing i had map.
