I actually like the game despite how buggy and meh it is. But the performance good god, it runs like ass.

WARNING! Contains a lot of deep ideas and metaphors, this game is only for intellectuals and people of high IQ!

It's alright I guess. For a full price game to be only 30 minutes long seems a bit shoddy but anything over that would make it repetitive. Worth the weight.

From world building perspective the game is great. Interesting setting, mostly fun puzzles, enjoyable progression. Maybe a bit too much reliance on "code" puzzles where you either need to find a combination or literally enter a code into keypad or computer. Those I found to be just lazy design in order to artificially prolong the game. Where it shines though is all the other puzzles that actually had thought and real design ideas put into them.

From technical perspective though it lacks.
First I had trouble setting it to run on my speakers instead of headphones. Very annoying.
Second, the controls are quite wonky and slow. This is especially true in the planetarium puzzle section. Having to zoom in and zoom out on objects is very slow. Sometimes the view would spazz out and rotate either at crazy speed or random angle.
Visuals are not very impressive but they do the work they were given.

Overall a fun experience but leaves a lot to be desired.

Good idea but bad execution. Everything is clunky and quality of life is not a thing.

You play as General Bready - a true American hero.
In Homefront you are the Revolution.
If you are a true American, this game is a must have. If you are not, this is a must have to see how united and strong American people are. Do not even try to invade America because WE.WILL.KICK.YOUR.A$$!!!

Literally 10/10 and freedom eagle sounds all around.

... one downside it sometimes freezes and you have to restart the game. Not patriotic at all. But a struggle true freedom can overcome.

This is what Gears of War wanted to be but could never quite get close. WH40k Space Marine is the superior game compared to GoW and all of WH games currently in existence.

Truly a deep and unique experience you will not find anywhere else.

Bad party mechanic, bad stamina mechanic, cooldown + mana mechanic, all bad.

Great action hindered by bad limiters.
