This game is fun, runs smoothly even on my old potato-pc

Absolutely love it! Would rate it 10 out of 10.

Pros:
Stunning graphics
Giant map
Breathtaking landscapes
Awesome plot
Great voice acting
Enormous amount of side-quests which makes me wanna play more and more
Decent fast-travel system
Runs smoothly 60 fps on both 1060 and 1660ti
etc.

Cons:

I didn't really find any cons, just a few ok glitches and 60 fps lock
I own 144 hz monitor and I would really like to test it out in more than 60 frames

Love this game. Would rate it 8 out 10
Pros:
Unique mechanics
Breathtaking landscapes
A very small amount of hackers
Cons:
Bad optimization: not gonna lie, sometimes my smooth 120 fps drops to 30-40 fps
Sometimes my bullets go thru enemies and don't hit them, I can even see bullet holes in the wall behind them when they are gone
