ARK is currently a pretty good game, they managed to fix most of the bugs and with the release of the Extinction DLC, there's a lot of new stuff. In the past, there have been many bugs and the game mostly wasn't optimized good enough, now it's running at 70/80 fps with relatively high settings. I did configure it manually but in most cases, NVIDIA's GeForce Experience can help you to get the best settings with your setup.

If you happen to buy ARK you definitely need to try out some of the mods from the workshop. The best ones I've played so far are:
- Annunaki Genesis
- Extinction Core (not the DLC)
- Crystal Isles

I do not recommend this game for PC's that have less than 8GB ram or a video card that has less than 4GB video ram, this because you will have to put the game on low and the game will look very ugly. Also as soon as you will get a server with more than 5 or heavy mods like Annunaki you will lag a lot. This from my own experience.

DO NOT buy this game if you have integrated graphics, it won't work! (I tried, my old laptop pretty much died XD)
