Old school MMO. Some of the light side/dark side decisions seem a bit silly but that's just quibbling.

I like this game because you have to pay attention and the whole interactive experience flight is fun. That said it is difficult to play without access to third party websites like Inara.cz. The whole out of ship Horizon experience could use some work but it does make the game more immersive to be able to leave the ship and walk around.

A good game for casual play. And the daily login rewards mean you don't have to spend too much on new cards if you are willing to be patient.

I was gifted this by a friend who already plays it. It has:

Interesting and varied missions (some of which really should be done as a team);
Amusing dialogue from the characters and the management;
Endearingly silly cosmetics.

What's not to like (unless you're a elf that is).

All the charm of the old, and it looks like enough new to keep this iteration feeling fresh.

An interesting main story. Lots of side details and tons of mods to play with. What more can you ask of a game like this?

Good player community. Fun (if occasionally buggy) game play that unlocks in stages so you can get used to it. However you do need to remember to look up. Parkour skill is vital and the maps can be very tricky.

I was recommended to take Excalibur as my initial frame and that choice seems to have been solid. And joining a clan at the earliest opportunity is a very good idea.

It's a dog eat dog sort of game. But if you accept that, and show a willingness to learn from your mistakes, the community can be very welcoming.
