It scratches the itch. If you're looking for Picross with no frills, this works. And workshop support seems to currently have over 46,000 user made puzzles. Can't beat the low price of free.

The day this game came out, I pulled off an easy 16 hour gaming session and I didn't even build a single ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing. To think the game has this much content and it's missing probably half of what the developers plan on putting in to it is simply astounding.

Tiy, the lead Developer, is such an incredible guy. He takes every comment and criticism very seriously and many features and fixes that were mentioned to him via IRC channels or reddit were patched in to the game less than 24 hours after launch. The love and dedication that seem to be going in to the making of this game are second to none.

There is so much to do in this game that your only issue will be buring out by playing too much and too fast. Pace yourself, play a few hours of single player, build a massive castle that you alone rule, and then find a multiplayer server and wreck some havok on multiple planets. This game is stunning, and even in this incomplete state, I would consider it the most fun I've had so far this year.
