Foregone is a 2D Action platformer that takes inspiration from the Metroidvania and soulslike genres | And it's quite awesome. The art style is mesmerizing, combining 2D pixel art with 3D models making everything look sharp.

Combat is fast and fluid, letting you mix melee and ranged weapons with skills that you will unlock as you progress giving you enough freedom to find the combat style that better suits you.

The game could benefit from a larger variety of weapons and enemy types, nonetheless traversing through the levels, completing the challenges and beating the bosses it's very fun.

Metal Unit is an action platformer that combines beautiful graphics and music with some roguelite features
The story is intriguing but the dialogues take too long and with no voice acting you'll feel tempted to skip right into the action...because that's when the fun begins,

The combat feels great and the game gives you a large variety of weapons, items and upgrades that will allow you to develop your own play style.

Each level is made of dungeons and if you die, you'll have to start again keeping some of the things you earned.
Overall, Metal Unit is an enjoyable game that can give you around 8 hours of gameplay or even more if you wish to unlock everything.

This is the best exploration game I've ever played. Period.

It starts slow, but I definitely loved the experience, specially the true ending due to the way the game mechanics and atmosphere tie with the narrative aspect. Definitely recommended.
