im pretty sure the gameusersettings file doesnt affect the game anymore, they changed it a couple patches back

youre welcome from als an 1440p 144 Hz Player, to bad 120 FPS is the maximum in DBD

you can change for yourself in DBD Windows Fullscreen!

set this to 0 then on steam launch options
