Warrior Priest Career is a really good Career choice, but got many deep holes in its implementation.

Passive Ability:

the ability benefit is pretty great, 20% weapon damage, but the issue that it triggers nearly random, whenever the bar fills up, it triggers, while also the bar drains out while out of combat, so its a passive ability that only work situationally, so basically once you are in combat while killing for a long period of time it triggers, and while its on, it drains super fast.

so lets say fighting a boss? you wont benefit from it, except there is a wave within the boss spawn.
fighting a patrol? also will not really work, may work after you already killed half of the patrol.
even when fighting a wave, after about 25% of the wave has been cleared , you will benefit from it.


i feel that it could be introduced in a better way, by you can choose when to unleash your fury, by pressing "R" reload button, as the class got no ranged weapons at the time.



Weaponry:

the class disables all saltzpyre 3 careers weapons, although some are able to be with warrior preist as , falchion and axe. (although i prefer the billhook).

the weapons are very weak and inconsistent combos, the great hammer feels like from "wack a mole" game, it just require the bonk sound effect to show how soft padded it is, and its combo is just not aligned together it does not help in clearing waves or single target damage, its both at the same time. Other weapon is a blessed tome based weapon, which charges then allow a higher strength heavy attack, while the heavy attack buff is barely noticeable, just a bit of longer charge that does not pierce or cleave through, and a secondary small explosion, which can push 3 entities from each other at a max, and does not kill them.

the only good wave clearing weapon, is the mace and shield.


Voice Acting

although a cosmetic approach, but Saltzpyre with no good voice acting is not Saltzpyre.

his words does not have that much enthusiasm, as his faith been restored, or even as Saltzpyre himself, even the bounty hunter voice lines are of greater enthusiasm "and meme able" than warrior priest, i was expecting to have some great words and tone as witch hunter voice lines with ultimates, but got really disappointment.



All i can say is
SIGMAR BLESS THIS RAVAGED CLASS

They should change the game name from:
New World to "New Queue"
every time get in a queue of atleast 800+ , reach all the way down in 2 hours to 40-90, get a error , "too many requests".

restart again in a new queue.




gameplay issue:
no auto move to way point, no mount, you should keep moving the mouse left and right.

Conqueror's Blade is a really enjoyable game first 20-30 hours ,maybe even the best RPG, as it got a new concept of having a RPG game with siege battles and many AI squads to lead.

unfortunately as you get deeper into the game things get much worse.
1. over powered classes

about 2-3 classes are meta classes to play with other are mediocre or even below.
those classes can wipe you in max of 5 seconds by using 2-3 abilities only, and some can wipe you and your squad together.


2. unbalanced match making
first 30 battles all levels were equal or acceptable after that, you would match with players 40 levels higher than you and there is no system which you would get some buffs to be able to do anything, also when you lose soldiers you pay for their kits, and therefore you dont want to even use your squads,which they would be slaughtered in seconds.

3. cross server party

as conquer blade enabled cross server matchmaking back in 2019/NOV , they still dont have a cross server party.



other than those 3 the game is pretty much amazing.

what a name for battlegroups

the millisecond i saw this DLC i could not resist it, the desert hex camo is a masterpiece, but once you start putting attachments the gun start to look childish, they fixed this problem with the SCAR-H by giving it some options that will match the weapon color.

even adding something as simple as a 35 round magazine the magazine going to change to black.

try it yourself it and tell me how does it looks?



if they are at least going to give us, extended magazine desert hex ,and just give us desert attachment of the SCAR-H its going to be much more better.
