1. Competitive Scene: you have Premier game where if you reach 15-20K ELO you will most def have cheaters in game. If you have an old account with many hours in game and lots of medals, you will still be in team or versus a team with new accounts, with one or two medals and couple of hours in game.
2. Casual Scene: you will have farming bots that are using different types of cheats. If you are lucky you will be kicked out of the lobby.
3. Updates: the last updates are purely milking money from players, given the fact that the last big updates had only skins and passes, without any new content / gameplay improvements.
4. Anticheat: NON EXISTENT!

So, if you are thinking to return to this game, don't! This is NOT CS:GO with better graphics, better engine, and better movement. It's CS:GO with all the bad parts.
