Where Epistle Three?

Ridley Scott walked into a bar and ordered some shots. After some time, Cliffy B. comes in, spots Ridley and an empty stool beside him. Cliffy happily trots over, takes that seat and orders shots of his own.

Cliffy had just finished playing Doom (2016) and enthusiastically began telling Ridley how fantastic his game experience was; from the gameplay all the way to the exceptional performance, all while downing a couple shots. Ridley was reminded that he was playing Binding of Isaac earlier and began telling Cliffy, taking a shot every few sentences, about how addicted he became with this little indie game after becoming frustrated not knowing what project he wanted to work on next. After some catching up, and some more shots, both started to reminisce about their past projects; Cliffy was reminded of Unreal Championship 2 and began telling Ridley about the ("morphs"? no, wait!) mutators, that this franchise had for custom matches. He was starting to slur his words a bit. These words lead to Ridley thinking about a past project of his own, "Prometheus", took another shot, and asked Cliffy if he'd ever seen it - this film explored the origins of the Xenomorph and what came before. Both of them began to finish up their last shot before calling it a night.

With Ridley, surprisingly, not having a project going on at the moment and Cliffy not having much success in his last game, a light bulb moment occurred between them both. They looked at each other excitedly and began drunkenly brainstorming ideas. They were good ideas, so Ridley grabbed the nearest napkin and Cliffy pulled out a pen from his pocket and he began jotting them down. Being too inebriated, the napkin notes were worse than a doctor's handwriting and they soon passed out at the bar counter, black out drunk.

They must have been out for quite a while since Housemarque and Sony were able to pump out this amalgamation of a masterpiece instead.
