Pro Tip: Change the difficulty to Easy to recreate BRA71L for every encounter!

A bit buggy, but nothing that was game-breaking or was not fixed with a restart, however YMMV.

More of an adventure game than a Soccer (Football) game, with footy being the "combat" encounters. Exploring the world was fun, the mini-games were entertaining and the story was decent and wholesome. You get a good idea of what to expect by the promotional videos on the store page, so if that intrigues you then go for it, but do so when it's on sale as it appears that this will not be getting any bug fixes or performance updates.

I managed to get all achievements even though some side quests remained bugged. Thankfully, those were only required to fully max-out your team's stats, which does not seem to be required to do so unless you attempt to play on Hard (not recommended).

The difficulty seems to simply increase the stamina and speed of the opponents during a footy "combat" match, so save yourself the frustration and set it to Easy for a much more relaxed experience (then change the difficulty for one or two achievements to complete your play through).

Perfectly OK. The gunplay was fun and the general concept kept me entertained enough to unlock all achievements, but nothing that stood out in particular from others of the same genre.

If this intrigues you in any way, don't spend too much on it. If you are not sure about it, you are probably better off buying/playing something else.

If you have been itching for another Stardew Valley, this may somewhat scratch that itch, but it also may not...

It is my understanding that a 2.0 version should be releasing soon which aims to add even more things to do and fix.

The main bug I encountered was that sometimes a day can get stuck at a very specific time, which seems to only be resolved by closing out and restarting the game. You can use this to your advantage to prolong the days even more, but if your tasks rely on the time moving forward, then you are stuck until you restart.

If relationship building is important to you, then this will fall very short as the relationships built are shown through a very straight forward narrative. If you like to min/max things, then perhaps this will become tedious and boring as I do not see much use for this other than doing it for the sake of doing it. There is an option to extend how long an in-game days last, so that setting can help you get the most out of a day.

All that aside, the story is very intriguing and keeps on going. And going. And going! When I feel that I am nearing the end, more and more just keeps opening up and being expanded upon. These aren't always completely brand new areas, but the way everything is connected to the overall narrative makes the world feel unique and carefully crafted with love.

If it gets to a point where you feel like things are slowing down with seemingly little to do during some in-game days, nothing stops you from just going to sleep in-game (or real life!) to speed things up a bit. It is not about getting the most out of your in-game day, but rather, are you having fun? Did you do everything you have to do? Did you do everything you wanted to do? OK, then go to bed! There is more to do and see tomorrow!

While not for everyone and also a bit janky, this was clearly inspired by the original Medal of Honor games with an added open world concept. The motorcycle handles decently, but the rest of the vehicles are quite a challenge to operate off road.

Deus Ex Lite: Robo Revolution. Pacifism is not an option, creep. We didn't ask for this, but man was it fun while it lasted.

While not very memorable long-term, overall I would recommend it. It is simple, cute, and fairly easy-going, but gets very grindy and repetitive in the later parts. It's not overly complicated, so don't expect a major challenge.

If you have a very high tolerance for really janky games, this is a very rough and hidden gem. There is a lot to dislike about it, but there is about an equal amount of things that really stand out to keep you hooked.

My biggest complaint is its difficulty. It is not an easy game. NPCs all seem to be very good at sniping you with pistols and the damage taken is incredibly high for how much damage you output. In short, it feels very unbalanced - at least until you get really good stats and equipment. Once you do, then it just seems balanced, but you don't truly feel OP. That is OK and when the game starts to feel more rewarding.

Second complaint is the grind. In order to get great stats and equipment, there is a lot of terrain to cover to build up your skills and hoard loot to sell or use. Anything that can kill you will usually kill you... and quickly! So hoarding loot is difficult when you are inventory/weight limited and you can potentially permanently lose all the gear you were carrying. If you die, you get the option to collect your items from your corpse. Just be sure to remember to do it before you exit the game or on the random chance that it crashes. Bye, bye gear!

Last complaint are the bugs and unfinished ideas. Some quests require restarting the game or dropping the quest to force spawn an item required by the quest. Some rare crashing which can lead to losing gear or progress and skills that seem to not have any significant impact.

If all of this has not put you off yet, then the atmosphere and the quest lines were pretty interesting to play through. They are not very long if you are careful, have good gear and plan ahead. There may be times were you will be repeating a quest many, many times out of pure failure and frustration. This is where I recommend to play Single Player to "cheat" or Online with a group of people.

Once I found some great gear and became OP, but still at the slight risk of dying, the game felt more casual fun with just enough hint of risk to keep me alert. Exploring every corner of the maps is not really worth it unless you like to hoard loot, but it is enjoyable to drive through to get from point A to B to fulfill a quest or a personal goal I wanted to do.

My advice would be to focus on the quest lines if you are playing solo and just do whatever you want if playing online with others.

A captivating gameplay loop, where despite being pretty basic and done better elsewhere, was still very satisfactory to do over and over.

The early game may be a bit challenging, but progression eventually becomes steady enough afterwards which makes you still feel challenged enough to want to continue to the next unlock to make you an even better and silent thief.

Intelligently stupid, stupidly competent, competently reckless, recklessly mesmerizing and mesmerizingly wonderful.

Traveling and exploring the map was very satisfactory as you take in the wonderful vistas. Even when this world is dangerous, sometimes you just need to take a moment to take it all in.

The core gameplay loop is addictive and the story is quite intriguing. It may seem generic at first, with uninteresting or, at times, annoying characters with their awful personalities, but each eventually opens up emotionally throughout the story that gives you an understanding of their character development even if you may not always agree with their methodologies.

In a world where danger is all around, is the risk of creating more dangerous situations for yourself worth it?
