100% the game in one hour. It was a blast. The worst part about 3D platformer collectathons is the fatigue you hit about 30% through; when I beat the game, I wanted more, but I also wasn't disappointed to stop.

I've bought so many games that cost more than this that give so much less; if you like platformers at all, nostalgiabait aside, this is worth it.

Decent potential; the biggest things the devs should change are:
1. Make the dialogue be able to play during gameplay. I'm not sitting still for her slow ass line delivery in between enemies that are barely even challenging, at least if you combine them I'll have more to focus on
2. Increase difficulty; button mashing should not let me cruise control the entire game. I beat the entire thing in about 25 minutes, and I'm not even particularly skilled at most games.
3. Increase the speed of enemy attacks. Probably 80% of the time, enemies were dead before they could finish telegraphing attacks. You don't need to make them damage sponges, but if they're quick on the draw, I'm gonna have to dodge more than I attack, which means I won't kill them as fast

I do hope they polish this up, because if it reaches it's full potential it could be a great little game.

this game is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up
half the time im ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ myself over the psychotic wasp conspiracy theorist or the old dude screaming "MY MEEEATTT" and the other half of the time im genuinely disturbed by the plot

this game is completely soulless. i'm playing enough to get footage and then i'm never touching this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ again

story is mid, graphics are dated, there's some unneeded platforming, but the combat is very engaging and it has some sincerely unique ideas. buy it on sale.
