Was an early supporter of the game, which has now been abandoned.
Not a fan of the game, the battles themselves I heavily dislike. The maps are too small and are always open ocean, the way you control your ships and squadrons is clunky and feels horrible. The complete inability for ships to burn down in the early game makes anything but torpedo spam basically non-viable. The vanilla campaign itself is just not fun to play, some mods have improved this slightly but they can only fix so much.

Really solid foundation. Excited for what the future holds.

Game has micro-transactions typical of CAPCOM games, these are not necessary or required as ways of obtaining the items or services in-game are available. This includes character editing. Spreading misinformation about the micro-transactions being required is dumb as they speak for themselves and criticising them for just existing is valid. Denuvo DRM is also unfortunately included.

It's a shame games are releasing with technical issues so often these days, I will not speak to these as I have not experienced any in Dragon's Dogma 2.

The final common issue people are talking about is not being able to start a new game. It is possible to move/delete save files (yes this includes steam cloud) but this is a valid criticism. Hopefully this will be addressed in the future either by CAPCOM or by a separate save manager created by the community like in the first game.

Otherwise Dragon's Dogma 2 has been a fantastic experience so far with few actual issues occurring in the game itself for me.

I stopped playing this game ages ago and It's only gotten worse. For continuing players Gaijin doesn't want you to know but you can just uninstall the game and not play again.
