Если хочешь написать обзор на недоступное приложение в стиме для Российского региона (или любого другого), то для этого нужно зайти в браузерную версию стима с помощью впн. А там уже просто любое тебе нужное приложение находишь и пишешь обзор. Способ абсолютно легальный и за это не банят.
