I paid 20£ for this, and now its free.
Also this game is so ♥♥♥♥ and unoptimized.

This game is "decent"

Pros:
- Can be fun when playing full team together, or playing on community servers.

Cons:
- Salty teammates, trollers, griefers, hackers, smurfs and the list goes on.
- Game mechanics is not the best, and sometimes it's just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ broken.
- Requires you to play a lot very often to stay decent, and requires lots of training and hours.
- At some point the game just isn't fun anymore
- The community is almost as bad as LOL.

Overall 4/10

Great move Take Two, you just dug your own grave there.
I used to love this game and i have 1200+ hours in it (i have multiple accounts), and i was kinda getting bored with this game - but now im never starting this crap again. I was so hyped to go to liberty city etc. with OpenIV...
