I played this game originally when I was a teenager and it was called Exile. That was two remakes ago! At any rate, it remains one of my favorite CPRGs ever and this latest edition makes it even more accessible than ever. Spiderweb games are simple and without frills, but timeless in their gameplay and offer a tremendous amount of freedom and replayability.

This game (yes, it is a game) was an absolute joy to play. I really hope that this mode of storytelling becomes more and more prevelant, as it is much better suited to games as a medium than continually trying to ape Hollywood storytelling techniques and conventions with cutscenes and QTEs.
