Been watching CB-Games for a long time, and i was NOT LET DOWN.
chapter 2 refines alot with the physics (feels almost static unfortunately)
The new monster and music piece are f**king beautiful.
The fact we are finally introduced into more lore that expands on the current situation was done well (the excessive swearing was needed.)
Overall 8/10, great addition to the designers curse line up but lacks in some parts.
parts being:
Sneaking doesn't do much you can run behind the monster
if you die in one part the monster never comes back so its a free item (bug probably)

The game was first given to us with youtuber reviews and then a good early access, personally i watched operator drewski play it. I had some interest in playing it myself but soon realized that they strayed away from the original concept somewhat because of how they changed the "balance" it was harder to play as an alien. What was their response? New mutation system, seemed cool but felt almost like a band-aid fix. Then suddenly the 1.0 launch of the game, so soon? With the community already mad at how the game felt almost unbalanced? And on top of that a merc only mode? So what they have made is sci-fi bootleg tarkov. And in the end, the development of the game has now been halted because it is no longer financially stable for the dev team to keep updating it. It would only drain their pockets more and more, if only it heard the community.

Great ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. If this game made me genuinely have fun in the past months of recent days of the same few games getting boring then this is a must for any library.

Genuinely terrifying if played in the right conditions. The music is astonishing and puts you into the OH SHI- state. 11/10 would play again (currently getting lunatic)

This game, this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game, this game will make you cry, ♥♥♥♥, ♥♥♥, fart, all at once from the gameplay.
