It's definitely not as good humor-wise as 2 though, more of the vibe of Pre-Sequel (not a good thing.)
You get to shoot a lot of guns so you will still have fun.

update: the servers are too unstable and no one is playing online. there also aren't enough sidequests and so much of them are DLC locked.
