An excellent recreation of an age-old classic. Not only does it recreate the original Half Life, but it also improves upon it, fixing both major and minor issues players had with the original. The music is no exception, and it really immerses you in the moment you're in. Definitely worth the money, and when Xen comes out, that will surely set the bar even higher.

Overview:
An excellent real-time simulator for all things soft-body. While updates are few and far between they certainly make up for the time difference by improving the core engine and adding a plethora of new features each update, and they aren't stopping any time soon.

Modding:
The game has a steeper learning curve to getting into modding, and it takes a lot of time to create a custom vehicle from scratch, however they do work well if everything is done correctly, and they have their own Repository page where you can one-click subscribe to mods and they will be automatically downloaded to your game.

The Cons:
-No Online Multiplayer (WAN or LAN)
This is understandable, as the amount of information that would need to be transferred between clients is simply too much to sync everything up.
-Hard on performance
Again, this is understandable, but it is still a fair warning to those who did not read the Recommended Specs section of the store page.

Welcome to Homebrew Vehicle Sandbox: a game about building the things that have been cluttered in the back of your mind for ages. At first it seems difficult, hard to learn, confusing. Don't let this frighten you away though. Every game has a learning curve, and so does Homebrew. The game's wiki has plenty of amazing tutorials as well as the in-game vehicle builder. The developers know that at first it may seem difficullt, so they've included many tutorials to start you off! On another note, they also have a fantastic tutorial for getting into modifying the game on their github page. It really lets you know how easy it is to mod this game. If you're willing to take just a few minutes to learn the ropes, you will have endless hours of fun with this game.

Rocket League is the Middleman between racing and e-sports. It is filled with hours of fun and has extremely adaptable multiplayer. While it comes with a lot of free stuff to unlock, you can also buy DLC content packs to enhance your experience further.

Pros:
- GotY Edition saves $3 on DLC content
- Lots of free unlock able items, including cars, decals, tires, hats, flags, and boost trails.
- Adaptable Multiplayer. Not enough people have the game? No problem! I have had six people play on two computers. One had 4 way split screen and another had 2 way split screen. We then connected our controllers and joined a party, and with only 2 copies of the game we had 6 people play at once.
- Fairly matched Competitive games
- Trading is included as well as a trade-in-for-a-better-item program
- Very compatible with the Steam Controller. I know everyone (except me) hates the Steam controller. It is very well configured for this game; however, because the right paddle acts as the camera mode button, and the trackpad can be held at the edge to keep the camera rotating instead of swiping to infinity. I also love the rumble it produces much more than the Xbox controllers.

Cons:
- Poorly matched standard games. I often find rookies going up against veterans on normal games, making it pointless to try.
- Costly RL cars. Every extra car is 1.50 USD, a pretty steep price for just one car. I think 0.99 USD would work better.
- Can't play Competitive if you own the game via family sharing
- Competitive matchmaking better than standard, but could use improvement.
