Great gameplay, story and graphics.

Long time since I played, I have fond memories of this game though. definitely worth the price of admission.

Good game, more of the same underwater base building terror dodging resource gathering. The seamoth is replaced by another vehicle. A lot of the magic of the original is lost, would love to see the dev stretch their legs on a new 'terrain' maybe space or similar. having to move from one surface to another or your start is trapped in a basin and you need to be able to launch out to find better or higher quality materials.
The main gripe though was that once you've been hit by the scarier enemies once or twice and know how much damage they tend to cause especially once you can repair that damage; a lot of that danger factor disappears and they almost become more of an annoyance.

The quintessential VR Weapons exploration platform, so much deeper than the surface level button press mechanics; to actually understand the mechanical movements that go into loading, locking and charging the gun before it can be fired. Receiver in VR before the Receiver 2 VR experiment. Shooting sentient hotdogs is a fun diversion from the usual humanoid opponents. Not to mention the depth and breadth of Anton's devlogs that I watch every week regardless of if I've played in the time, it usually inspires me to do some runs of the Take and Hold mode or just casually plink targets or watch large amounts of explosive grenades go off at the redesigned Hicock45 inspired forest range. Finally there's even a sci-fi robot western themed setting where horseshoes play an integral role; thereby fulfilling the titles promise of: Hot Dogs, Horseshoes And Hand Grenades.

This game is a lot like Orcs Must Die but bigger and better in a lot of ways..

More Orismer you have to make Unalive.

More traps to devivify them with.

Co-op mode is a lot of fun.

a mix of mystery/whodunnit, action/gunplay/psycholocatory and a sprinkle/dash of comedy/funny moments/kodaks. originally played the give away version on Epic but decided to support the dev and be able to play the DLCs

fun, engaging; Most interactions (shooting, mining) feel solid and have impact. There's a subtle messaging in here that doesn't bash your face against it so it can easily be ignored for fun space dwarf shenanigans

10/10 would unintentionally kill humanoid frog-people again

zombies, guns, crazy events, what more could you want!?
