Definetly recommend this game if you get to snag it on sale. 7/10

If you're considering to play this game. Do it, considered the exact same thing. Bought it during a sale, and I'm not regretting my descision at all. Once you're done, I'd recommend watching this video AFTER you're finished.

I would recommend this game if it wasn't for the fact that their customer support is absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I've gotten over 1500+ hours on this game before it came out on steam and the game itself is great and unique.

But, it has to be said that this game has insanely bad customer support. There has been multiple cases of false positive bans, and their usually permanent and bans by IP. When Hi-Rez is ever confronted about this, they either ignore it or unbans the player and gives them some gems if they've gotten alot of attention on social media.

Basically, tons of players have been falsely banned by opening game editing programs without even touching the game, and the bans are permanent and Hi-Rez ignores all chances of appeal by email. Open whatever injector (such as wminjector or cheat engine or just whatever) and you'll most likely get a ban without even injecting ANYTHING into the game. It's a stupid and ignorant way of dealing with cheaters. Yes it's effective, but the amount of false positives are insane.

If you ever consider to play this game, just be sure to NEVER get up in any difficulties with the support team, they won't help you, if you break a rule, expect a permanent IP-ban and no chance of appeal. Try to send support tickets and get greeted with a canned message displaying their EULA for whatever rule you broke. None of the appeals for bans are ever reviewed by a human, unless they got alot of attention by other players.

I'm fed up with this game and support team, both of my accounts that I've listed got permanently banned for opening an injector whilst having the game open (even though you can risk getting banned by not even having the game open). And I've seen multiple cases of this happening to other players.

The game itself is fairly fun, but the creators can from time to time can be absolutely horrible at what they are doing, they won't listen to anyone, unless you post it on social media and build up tons of attention ofcourse :).
