It takes a lot of time to maintain a base on most servers, but forming a group and playing with friends will mitigate this to some extent and make the game much more enjoyable. Overall, Rust is an exciting but sometimes enraging open-world PVP game where anything goes; I would highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, most of the positive reviews reviews seem to be fake. As another reviewer said, level 13 is impossible because after collecting all four coins, the door still will not unlock. This game has potential, but I cannot recommend a fundamentally broken game with a bug so game-breaking that I question if the dev actually played through his own game. Know that if you buy this game, only 12 out of the 16 total levels are playable. It is unfortunate, because this fix would be exceedingly easy. Additional bugs include glitchy hitboxes, unreliable jumps, and getting stuck on objects, all which I would have been willing to overlook without this gamebreaking bug. To the developer, I say please fix at least this gamebreaking bug, as it would be such an easy fix.

This game has been amazing; it is easily in my top 5 games of all time. The story, gameplay, controls, support, fluidity, and all other aspects of this game really impressed me. I can't wait to play the DLCs and will buy them once they go on sale again, as they are really good and add a lot to the game. Also, this game has hands down the best modding community I've ever experienced--some of the mods are so high quality that they could be DLCs themselves. I have 60 hours and have probably spent a good 30 hours on mods. I highly recommend picking this game up--this is the most fun I've had with a game in a very long time.

Positives:
*Story: Amazing and intriguing with major plot twists towards the end that make it even more insane.
*Collectibles: You get bonus points that can be used to unlock some decent bonus content.
*Length: Fairly long game; you will get a lot of enjoyment out of it.

Negatives:
*Poor Graphics: Even this is a remaster of a 2005 game, its graphics look very outdated and worse than one would expect from a 2015 remaster.
*QTE: The majority of this game's gameplay consists of two quick time event types--one involves selecting the correct direction with your arrow keys and WASD, and the other is pressing the D and A keys as fast as possible. The first type is sometimes enjoyable, although it quickly gets repetitive. The second type, however, is spamming as fast as possible, which, as you might imagine, is extremely repetitive and frankly ridiculous.
*While there is controller support, input type must be manually switched in the pause menu because the game only allows one input type at a time. Both types of controls are also not great.

Conclusion: While this game certainly has some major shortfalls, due to the incredible story and the abundance of gameplay, this game is worth picking up.

A very fun casual racing game where you avoid obstacles and race through the futuristic environment. It has an amazing art style and soundtrack combined with rewarding and endless gameplay.

Good concept but poorly executed, fun to play untill you are forced to watch an ad for the dev and to play an unavoidable and randomized gigsaw puzzle (meaning no way to play via walkthrough). Remove the forced jigsaw puzzle, the ad, and add in English translation for the Russian and this would be a decent game.

Amazing, story based point and click game that ties all of the extensive plot together in a great ending that connects the imaginary world in Amber's mind with reality. You'll love this even if you don't particularly care for point and click games (like me) simply because of its incredible story. This game, by a huge margin, has the best plot of any game I've ever played. FYI: you can get the key for the collectors edition, which includes all three episodes and is hidden on the steam store, for less than a dollar, which is why I only have 1.4 hours (played episode one on here). The total playtime is about 7 hours.

Amazing story, but puzzles, especially the hidden object ones, are quite repetitive. Most of the gameplay is point and click, but it's tied into the story pretty well. Overall a pretty good game.
