This game is the real deal. The controls and game play feel so good. The soundtrack is ridiculously good. Don't take my word for it, give it a listen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DKCrkg7Kcdc&t=1487s

Works out of the box in Linux via Proton. Game itself is weird. Story is sparse but intriguing. Combat includes powers that aren't entirely new (see Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy) but they do incorporate well into Alan Wake / Max Payne type combat. It is somewhat open world with fast travel points where you can level up your abilities and collect new missions. Have not yet completed the game but it has been enjoyable so far.

It's a very good port. Halo 3 feels great with mouse and keyboard. Also works great on Linux using Proton :)

My one gripe would be that they changed the multiplayer slayer playlists to spawn players with battle rifles at the start. This really impacts the pace and flow of the game as there is now less incentive to hunt down and pick up different types of weapons. Dual wielding, one of the best aspects to the game, now sometimes feels underwhelming in comparison to the starting weapon. That's an easy fix though if they add a classic 2007 style matchmaking playlist.

Mostly works in Proton out of the box on Linux. Although, freezes on a fight with Millenia near the beginning when she uses Zap. Fixed by enabling Anniversary Edition (Right click the game in library -> properties -> Betas tab). That aside, it's a very fun jRPG with unique fighting mechanics and a cool story. Lots of nostalgia for those who played it on Dreamcast.

Works out of the box with Proton on Linux, Co-op included. Always on mic is a bit annoying. Fun game and gameplay.

Mostly works on Linux out of the box via Proton with some tweaks. The game itself is great. Lots of customization, open world, classic arcade racing feels solid. Soundtrack is on point. A return to form for NFS that scratches that itch.

Works out of the box on Linux via Proton! Also feels like a solid remaster staying true to the original while enhancing parts of the game that time has not been kind to. Here's hoping Red Alert 2 is next!

Works out of the box on Linux via Proton! Fun game if you're looking for open world space exploration with inventory management and base building.
