This short little experience is well worth the small thruppence it cost for a delightful, if not bizarre, experience!

Been playing since.. update 3 I think? Honestly lost track... because the factory... must grow... the factory... must... GROW... THE FACTORY... MUST... LIZZARD DOGGO!

In all seriousness, the game feels like Factorio meets Portal with the building and puzzle solving all in First Person. The game is delightful to look at and then looking at you factories once build up and worked on, its a great feeling.

UPDATE: Bought it for a friend on 11/1/2024, less than a day in and he's vibing in game and already working to redo his factory for efficiency. Good stuff for the future.

Yes, the game has some issues with the occasional crashes. But, as far as that goes? The game is excellent. For a Warhammer game, it has excellent art direct and voice acting, and fun classes to paly as (even if I suffer trying to play a psyker)

Its 1 part DOOM Eternal, 1 part Titanfall 2, 1 part Mirror's Edge and MANY PARTS of fantastic design in the Warhammer 40k universe. It's far from perfect and can be played very quickly if you rush it, but it is now the best 40k FPS to date!

Call it formulaic compared to previous verions.... but i adore this Fallout game. Nowhere near as high as New Vegas but it is outstanding.

This game is a classic little gem, and one of my most favorite titles in a long while. While fairly simple in design, the choices and options available, which include how you walk/craw;/canter/slither around make it a great title I can recommend to anyone!

A better use of your money if you want a game that has you searching for materials and surviving with them than a game that shall not be named...

I won an argument with the Father Almighty by poking fun at his family. I love this.

I came across Factorio courtesy of following Markiplier on Youtube. Now honestly it failed to get my attention until he began oild production. At that point I was wanting a new game to kill some time at work during my lunches. So I went and grabbed the demo and after about two or three times through, I jokingly described it to my friends as a "40k Forge World Simulator".

Then I bought the game, and found out how true this was. Maintaining ore feeds by multiple tram lines leading to coal, iron, copper, as well as oil bring brought back in barrels for large scale processing. The core of my base being fed by all machines to research the needed Science packs to unlock more machines. Turrets and robots aroudn the perimeter to keep out the locals.

At the time of this review I am 40% completed on the freeplay object: Build a rocket and launch a satelite. I have diverted mass amounts of resources from research to the end game goal mainly due to the increasing hostility of the locals and higher level bases they are creating, making it hard to get close to them to use my tank and robots to clear them away. Constant alerts as mutants attempt to end my life before the rocket goes up.

All in all, I will prevail. With my trusty tanks (yes tanks), combat drones, turrets, and my own personal arnaments I will hold my ground. Even as I type this the defenses are ringing thier macabre chorus of shells and laser bolts, with the ever chugging machine that is my home never stopping, never slowing. GLORY BE TO THE OHMNISSIAH AND HIS WORKS!
