Able to concentrate and stay focused for period of several hours when a task is interesting, but attention may waver if a job is relatively mundane. twb always gets on with the job after being given clear parameters. Generally able to come up with they own ideas when help is not available, but may be still lacking the self-confidence to trust own judgment. Always assured and confident in demeanour and presentation of ideas without being aggressively over-confident. Has proved to be trustworthy, but has not yet been given access to material of a highly confidential or sensitive nature.
