This game killed itself extremely effectively by making it so only VIP users can make servers...yea. I don't know how you could be more stupid as a developer. Not a SINGLE dedicated server.

This game really brought into focus for me how a video game can be actual art. Great sense of atmosphere and intriguing surroundings.

It's an absolute classic, pretty much what other FPS games are compared to, however if you're looking to get into an older COD game you should get World at War. It has tons of replay value with custom zombies and IMO the best campaign COD has ever seen. I won't buy another cod game because I have COD WaW.
