Modding access is a nice feature too.

Very nice story and awesome plot twist! Plus your friend doesn't need to buy the game, because you can stream it to them.

The most entertaining and realistic political simulator I ever played!
Everything is great about the gameplay, from the dialogues to the wide range of choices and directions. All of your actions require careful consideration as they have potentially dire consequences if you are careless. With clever planning and execution you can reform your government into anything you desire, to a democratic/liberal republic or a totalitarian communistic/fascist regime and further more.

The starter pack is definitely worth buying to let you start making money and RP right away from the start, without grinding hours to buy the properties first.

You'll get free access to some nice weapons that will help you stay alive and complete missions/heists easier.
Maze Bank gives you unlimited snacks/food and if not the best and most profitable business in GTA V.
The Bunker offers the second most profitable business in the game, besides the instant access to research.
The Club House and its Counterfeit business I take it or leave it.

The apartment is absolutely useless since it doesn't offer Lester's apartment heists, and I doubt you'll need its 10 car garage space when you already get another separate garage that can hold up to 10 cars too.
