This has always had the potential to be the best and standard platform for Catan Online, but the developer studio and its management seems uninterested in it being successful. The game has struggled with destructive interface and gameplay bugs going back 5+ years, and at one point a failed update rendered the servers unavailable for months. The cream on the mashed potatoes is that they managed to delete mine and my friends accounts, and now refuse to refund any ingame currency spent unless providing proof of purchases made half a decade ago. It could maybe be possible to provide this, if it wasn't for the fact that there were no receipts sent for the transactions through the client at that time. But hey let me just spend 3 hours phone queue with my bank to retrieve statements from 2018 so that I can get my Catan-playing Lama back; I'm just going to go for the easier option, avoid spending another dime at anything this sad state of a studio produces.

This game has consumed my whole life and I would ruin my next life playing it too
