If I wanted to play Humankind I would play Humankind.
It's a good game, but not the one we wanted.

Bit of a grind and it's hell to play alone, but it's a BLAST to play with friends.

Arrowhead knows how to listen to their fans and keep them interested.

Classic case of good idea, bad implementation. I found several glitches on my first playthrough, most were graphical, but one where it was a bit stupid. There were several instances of objects(both real, physical objects) were clipping together. At one point part of the storyline is hindered by a locked door, however you can simply pass through the wall and open it while the NPC still believes the door to be locked with their hands inside the door's model trying to get it open. Many issues also exist with the port to PC. I'll be honest, I am a PC gamer and haven't played this game on console, however I expect game ports to be decent. On numerous occations I found myself in one of the game's many menus and interfaces with my mouse unable to correctly interact with said menus, I then had to go keyboard-only with the arrow keys to navigate and exit the menus. Character animation is also a bit sub-par, especially when characters are talking. Unfortunately all of the bugs and glitches I've noticed could have been fixed with patches yet have not been.

If you insist on playing this game I highly recommend a gamepad.
