Well for that you have to inflict damage to someone to charge it so no. There is no leveluper for that and there probably never will be because I abandoned the project. You're welcome to improvise.

Just learn how to open up ports on your router. open these ports: 27000-27015 UDP (Port Range) and then you should be able to make servers that are hosted worldwide. also put a password on it, the command is sv_password PASSWORDHERE in the console. (i just explained it so i don't need to add you.)

No, you will not get vac banned from that map and scripts I got vac banned because someone reported me for aimbot/wallhack on a all crit server.

you have to use a vpn program like tunngle or hammachi or just simply open the range of ports on your router: 27000-27015 UDP and then launch the first script: exec strangeweaponidle_part1

that should create a server. but make sure you add a password: sv_password 123 because you will make a public server that appears for everyone.

just install the maps and scripts and after you do that, load tf2 and type in the console: exec strangeweapoinidle_part1 and then after that loads hit the numpad 4 key on your keyboard. if you dont know where to put the scripts look in the swl group description or on my videos.
