Absolutely incredible

Just finished the main story of this game and looking forward to NG+ and getting the additional endings. I know you've probably heard it in every other review, but playing Everhood blind is really the best way to enjoy it, more so than other games. A few things I can say without spoiling too much:

-It's reasonably short, 5-7 hours for the main story but quite a few more hours for NG+ and extra endings
-It has an amazing soundtrack, quite literally the best I've heard all year
-Take the epilepsy warning SERIOUSLY. The game does some trippy stuff

Play it now

Absolutely incredible game. One of those games that's best to go in blind, you'll get a lot more out of it that way. If you like story rich RPGs or really any kind of story-driven game you'll thoroughly enjoy this.

Excellent hand-drawn RPG reminiscent of OFF, except with an office setting and humor. Best way I could describe it is OFF meets Dilbert. It's relatively short at 3 hours long (for a 100% run) but I feel this is perfect as it keeps the game from going too long like some RPGs in this vein of games tend to go. Soundtrack is great, very fitting for the atmosphere. An absolute steal at $0.99.

Great rhythm game, if you are OK with no future updates

Groove Coaster for PC is based off of Groove Coaster 3 for the arcade, so the tracklist (58 included, not counting DLC) and UI is very similar to those familiar with it. It plays just like the arcade version, the visuals are excellent and I have no performance issues (i5 6300, GTX 960M, 16 GB RAM). I would say this is the definitive PC rhythm game on the market, however there are 2 caveats one should be aware of before purchasing:

1. Don't expect any support or future song expansions
Degica/Taito have long ceased updating this game with new songs or updates. I'd only recommend purchasing Groove Coaster if the current tracklist looks like something you'd enjoy. I personally feel the 58 included songs are pretty good, but your mileage may vary.

2. You can't get all of the achievements without purchasing every piece of DLC
This one leaves me a bit baffled. The base game is $20 USD with over $200 of DLC. That's.... pretty bad. And you really can't go achievement hunting in this game unless you have ALL the DLC because most of the achievements require DLC songs. Granted, there are close to 1200 achievements in total, but I wouldn't recommend going into this game for an achievement run.

All in all, Groove Coaster is one of the best rhythm games I've found on PC, and it's very close to its arcade brethren. If you're willing to put up with the lack of updates and egregious DLC prices, you'll have a ton of fun with it.

This was the game that got me into PC gaming. Runs flawlessly and has aged surprisingly well. Still a blast to play!

Tough-as-nails top down bullet hell rougelike. It's hard to describe Nuclear Throne with just one word. If you like frustratingly difficult games, this is for you. A few minor flaws, such as a ridiculous difficulty curve and a 30 FPS lock, don't seem to hold back that "just one more run" feeling. Be prepared to restart over and over.... and over again.

9/10
