The coding is smooth and the game plays like any AAA title match game.

If you like munchies and you like matching this is for you.

The music personally made me go a little crazy but I just turned the sound down and jammed to my own music. But I see where they are going with it. Otherwise it's a quick, easy match game with the style of Tetris.

I do want to hit "Yes" as I do think the game in it's skeleton is good - however looking at it from the point of view of enjoyable play, it's a no. Your character cannot grab ledges, there is no grab function at all actually and you can't tech in the air, only dodge. Once you are in a "combo" which is really just a mash of buttons from the opponent, you cannot escape. Although there is a tech and dodge feature, once you are locked in being hit, you cannot use them, they can only be used pre-hit.

So basically if you are playing against someone who's perfected the timing of most of the basic moves you will be hit from 0% to death in one motion. This to me makes the game niche and kind of lame. It will limit the amount and type of players to only those willing to grind out the skills to time hits as there is little wiggle room for luck or just that hidden equilibrium of a fair fight. This is of course fairly true with most fighters so it's not like i'm trying to single this one out. If you like watching yourself get smashed around on a screen with little chance of getting to play the game, this ones for you. Otherwise the game is actually great.

*Pros
- Graphics are great
- Gameplay is smooth
- Sounds and soundtrack are great
- Very small game, easy to download and very easy to get into a friends game or lobby
- You can make your own characters which is sweet but you'll need to do a little work in order to make them

*Cons
- There are a total of 8 characters that you can play unless you pay to unlock another 4 so a whopping 12 characters
- You cannot tech in the air, you can't hold onto ledges and you can't grab. This in itself kind of limits the casual playability of the game.

A fun little version of top-down / 2D CS:GO. It's something like 100mb so virtually smaller then most the programs on your PC. The gameplay is smooth and everything sounds and looks like CS:GO including guns and map layouts. The only big pet peeve is that the view draw-distance is a little buggy and doesn't reflect the real CS:GO Experience. For example there is no way to hide around a corner in this game because your body will always show - based on the view of the approaching player. So you basically can't hide or knife anyone.

* Pros
- Looks and sounds just like CS:GO except 2D/top down
- Affordable game
- Very small size/install
- Can run on anyone's computer. I'm amazed it's not a browser based game actually.

* Cons
- You can't hide around corners and that REALLY sucks.

The Definitive edition adds better graphics to the game as well as some new races and effects. Essentially there is no reason to buy the HD edition now as this replaces it and the expansions in 1 game.

I have always been a big fan of AoE II and if you played the originals then this is definitely the version you want to pick up.

* Pros
- Plays just like the original games.
- Much improved graphics and effects.
- Art and sound track are great.
- Added content you won't get from the HD addition.

* Cons
- It is AoE II so you'll find plenty of cheese in the Online strategies and good luck online playing against people who have not stopped playing this game for 15 years.
- Crashed on me my first time into a match after 15 minutes of playing. There are no re-join capabilities.

A cool little game based around hiring and training gladiators. You can free them or upgrade their armour, add bonus characters to help increase their stats or your houses wealth / wine etc.

I really like the soundtrack for this game and find it quiet catchy.

* Pros
- The music is great.
- The pixel art is clean.
- The concept of the game is unique and fun.
- Watching the A.I Gladiators fight is fun and involves no reflexes or deep strategy.

* Cons
- You can switch the "manual" mode when playing instead of having the gladiators auto-fight the battles and it makes it WAY to easy. It goes from being a fairly hard game to a really easy game and I didn't find much of an in-between at all.
- There isn't much depth. I.e you hire gladiators, train them, fight them and do it again.

A fun little button mashing side scroller. Best played with friends (2,3,4 people). Hilarious story, creatures and enemies. The art is great and the game, for the most part is smooth. Definitely worth the play through. You can collect different weapons throughout the game and also level up your characters health, speed, archery or magic abilities.

* Pros
- Smooth Graphics
- Fun and funny story
- Interesting Story

* Cons
- Sometimes the screen gets busy
- It is a button masher so yah your fingers are going to hurt and it's a little repatative.

Cute little game - tile based life action strategy where you defend randomly generated islands against mini waves of vikings/bad guys. The art is beautiful and the soundtrack is good. Semi-rogue like.

* Pros
- Nice Are & Sounds
- Unique gameplay
- Endless and randomly generated

* Cons
- Not a crazy amount of details beyond the basics of the game (limited types of enemies and island builds/designs) and not many other features past the bare bones of the game. But this will most likely change with patches.

Arguably one of if not THE best RTS that has ever been made. This game re-creates the WWII battlefront using great graphics, sounds, a multitude of armies and unique units for each and extremely underrated voice acting. The coding is tight and in combination with the stunning visuals and random physics this game is re-playable over and over again.

Some cons would be..
Sometimes the RNG is heavy to one side i.e you'll get a whole squad wiped by a single grenade.
The unit pathing can be a little buggy sometimes especially with tanks.

Early Access Review
This is Diablo I mixed with Paper Mario + a card game. I honestly am loving this game so far and it's been well worth the $15. It's art style is beautiful and it's dynamic enough to get a good play through at least twice and there looks like there is room for expansions and mods to come.

So far, so good. I enjoy the throw back to the fast paced arcade style shooter, as opposed to the DOOM 3 horror game feel. I don't like the screaming demons, they hurt my ears...but the graphics are great, the gore is good and there story is ...bareable!
