Such a good game, story, location, characters, it does these all so well.

So the combat is simplistic? That was never the point of this game.

Could not reconmend this game enough to someone that enjoys the roleplaying side of things.

I was sceptical about this game, not because of anything but my knowledge that writing a story where people are the bad guys can be a hard thing to do.

Obsideon blew it out of the park with this, it's an amazing feat of storytelling. :D

Forget the bad reviews, this is a free update (as long as you have the expansions) to a game that, while yes, is better with mods, will allow the modders to do so much more with it than they could before.

Free isn't something we should take for granted when other remakes come out (baring the comparatively worse Bioshock) and ask you to buy the game all over again.

Simply, this will allow many more PCs to be able to run this game with better mods for a much longer time.

This Game is where it needed to be at launch (from 1.4.1). On the other hand, the content and updates so far have all been free if you've owned it before now.

This is hands down the best Dungeon Keeper (3) type game out there and as of now, I highly reconmend it.

Take a look at Total Biscuits early look at this game, now consider that they have listened to every one of his comments and implimented his suggestions (and then some).

If you liked Dungeon Keeper 2, you owe yourself to give this game a try. Not too long till I think it'll supass it, rather than match it's brilliance as it does now.

Crusade takes the game to a whole new level, if you overlooked this game before, now is the time to pick it up.

People are complaining that it's not got enough content, they are wrong.

It has two races with new abilities and tec trees, all balanced to the other ones.

There is also a never-before-seen-in-the-series mercinary section, plus a completly new campain.

They have also trickled down AI improvements, System Generation improvements and Graphics Engine enhancements to 'everyone' that owns Gac Civ 3, something that wouldn't happen without an expension such as this.

Is it fairly light? Maybe, compared to easier to develop for indie games. But this is a game that needs to be looked at differently. They are constantly developing and improving the game through patches, it's already so much better than it once was. And these patches are free.

This doesn't improve the game, this expands the game. Why is this okay? Because the improvements to the game will come to all players reguardless of if they own this expansion or not, and that is customer service!

Do you want more veriety? Get this expansion. Happy with what you have for now? Leave it be, you still get a fantastic game with the base.
