Absolutely adore the game, but Ubisoft launcher often makes it unplayable.

Great resource management sim. No combat, but the environment is the enemy. I love the progression, though it becomes a bit of a grind. There are almost 25 levels of difficulty and you can decide at level to play once the previous difficulty is won against.

There is no saving, just autosave. One bad decision can end the round.

I think the one con of it is that there is no reason to play a settlement to its logical conclusion. The reward is reaching a certain amount of reputation and most rounds end about 25% of the way toward a complete settlement. The game allows continuation, and it would be great if there were some benefit for doing so.

Love the game. Hate the Ubisoft connect system and it's lack of ability to work on a VPN. It'll likely be my last Ubisoft game.

The Worlds 2 Update is well worth a visit. Beware that the quests can be buggy. I was locked out of purple systems despite finishing everything. Mods saved me.

The problem with this game is if you intend to finish it, you might get bugged out. Bases will disappear and weird things will happen. If they fix the bug, I'll change my review, but I can't recommend a game where the main storyline is fundamentally broken right at the end.

I regret that I did not play this when it came out. I am loving it. There's not a huge story line to it. It's just endless exploration. I am reminded of Skyrim and all of the ruins and keeps and other dungeons to explore, only instead of the chore of having to clear them you can just visit, see if it's a bit of fun to explore, or move on to the next. So far, I've been to a hundred worlds and I always find something different. The exploration potential is endless. There are many other reasons to recommend it, too.

I have only encountered a couple of crashes, nothing serious. I note that switching in and out of windows (on PC) does cause it to slow down and stutter after a certain number of switches. Otherwise, it runs great on my 2020 rig.

I don't do multiplayer, but I've only encountered helpful people in the common area, and one even dumped a bunch of stuff on me that really tuned up my game.

Great game, but buggy and Ubisoft gives the usual difficulties. It's depressing to get so far into a game and then encounter a bug that stops everything.

It's great fun at first. Some time after the core, it becomes a major grind. At the moon, it looks like it could take literally a week to get to the next level of depth. It's an idle game that requires too much interaction to really idle.

The interface for the single player game is buggy, crashes a lot, and the menu tries to load a browser and completely bombs out. It takes a long time to load, which just makes the whole thing frustrating.

Best of the idle games with constantly updates of content and fun to figure out strategies.

The game seems like a lot of fun. I was just getting started, maybe 2 hours in. Then, it put me in the middle of a very difficult fight. No problem, I just exited and went back to the save game. Well, the autosave triggered in the middle of that fight, so I was blown up within seconds of loading. I've lost all my progress because this game has no actual save function except at the random points it decides to save things. That's unbelievably bad handling for an otherwise good game.

Repetitive and punishes the casual player. Not disimilar to the original Road Rash, but that was a game on a limited platform.
