It's the sort of game that scratches my itch for progression AND digging through terrain. If anything, my main gripe with the game is that it's not ambitious enough. I want more, much more. A much bigger area to excavate, more resources to find. More upgrades, new gear to unlock. Surprises. A more satisfying meta-progression. But this is a good start, and I hope the game's success encourages the dev to go bigger.

Super cute, slick, polished, simple fun, a casual RPG. Loved it, gonna check out the full game now.

Slow burn horror, weird atmosphere.
It's raining blood and I'm standing here collecting tickets.

There is room for replayability, and I might revisit the game at some point. I just wish it was friendlier to those of us who can only play in short bursts; the checkpoints are few and far between, and if you quit the game you have to restart from the beginning.

Very promising demo for this fantasy dungeon delving immersive sim currently in development. I'm anticipating the full release This year. Check it out! Also, this is the first time I've seen a demo have a Christmas mode!

Early Access Review
Can't believe I still haven't left a review for this. Time to rectify.

H3VR has the best looking, feeling, shooting guns in VR. Accurately modeled and simulated, huge variety.

It's a firearm sandbox where the guns are realistic and everything else is goofy (the enemies are man-sized hot dogs that splatter satisfyingly), and I think it perfectly encapsulates the mood of just wanting to play around with guns.

Apart from a number of firing ranges, there are some dedicated game modes that put you in an open world zombie hotdogcalypse survival (with quests to complete!), a Saw-like house of horrors, the inside of a giant snow globe, a Wild West theme park, and a roguelike competitive tactical shooter in a brutalist complex. And more.

There's an exhaustive degree of options in terms of input, locomotion, graphics. And don't get me started on how well you can customise your guns with accessories and attachments. All in all, if you enjoy handling and admiring virtual guns at all, you'll enjoy this game. Just please, don't ask for multiplayer or for human enemies.

Compelling, addictive progression mechanics, both within each round and out in the menu screens.

It's the perfect game for watching youtube on your other screen, while kiting enemies around a massive arena, your chosen character auto-attacking, weaving between enemies to gather up xp gems, leveling up with a choice of upgrade each time.

The game adds layers and layers of unlockables and modifiers as you evolve your roster of characters and your arsenal.

Most satisfying of all is the chaos and devastation that you bring against your enemies, in huge numbers.

Mmm, garlic is my favourite.

I was curious about this whole backrooms thing, it sounded compelling, and this little game let me scratch that itch for free, for which I'm grateful. Not good for much else really. I wonder if other experiences offer more substance. Anyway, the ambience in this one is really well done.

It says I have 11 minutes played, but I've played through this game off Steam, way back in 2008.

It's a first person endless tunnel where you guide your mouse cursor through narrow openings, avoid obstacles, and collect score multipliers. There's a slow-mo button for delicate maneuvers. It's very hypnotic in terms of looks and sounds and gameplay. Gets you into a trance. I find it very compelling. If nothing else, it gets points for being different. Give it a try, you'll probably like it.

I like it a lot.

This is one of those games that utilise VR properly. This is the sort of game that can't exist outside of VR! It's a simple concept, but very compelling. Attach ropes to a box and pull it into place. As many VR games that rely on physicality, the fun is in the details. Where do you attach the rope? Do you attach just one or two? How do you swing the box just right to get it to fit into place? As the levels progress, the environment becomes more complex and throws obstacles at you. All in all a really fun game for short play sessions. I wish there were more VR games like this.

For the price of FREE, you can't complain. This is a fun little superman simulator, good for 15-20 mins of entertainment. Feels like a tech demo or student project, and I mean that in a good way. I hope to be able to make something like this at some point.
