As everybody knows to obtain permission to overwatch you must only need 150 wins, no matter what the rank. But, although everybody gains access to the overwatch system you will not always get truthful inputs.

In my opinion I believe that overwatch should only be controlled by the highest set ranks such as Distinguished master guardian and above. I believe that this should be implemented because, if you go on youtube and other sources, you will see clear false accusations of any forms of hacks or griefing.

The only way I can think of sorting this problem is by doing this simple change, that way, many people will not be getting bans [FULL GAME BANS] and will not have to purchase the game again, just because someone that may be a silver, gave a false input to the overwatch, causing the person to get banned for simply smurfing or being good at the game, e.g. people who owned previous counter-strike games and purposely threw their early comp games to get ranked as low as possible to make the game more fun & easy for themselves.
