A story presented in the form of a well-made 1st person platformer. Level design is very important for this genre and this game does it right. Start with some basic jumps and unlock more advanced moves that are required to pass later puzzles. Scenery is varied, but there are some levels with very dark areas. Voice acting is good and in tone with the story.

Overall: nice, but short journey with a lot of attention to level design and story presentation. It takes about 3-4 hours for a playthrough - recommend getting it during sale or with a bundle.

Nice, but short 1st person puzzle game. Single player campaign takes about 1 hour to beat, but there is also a split-screen co-op campaign (2nd player needs a controller). I would recommend to pick it up during a sale.

A smaller arcade game in comparison to Dirt 2 and 3, but don't miss it if you are a fan of the series.

Another great game from Avalanche Studios that can make even Michael Bay feel jealous!

This time the action takes place in Medici, an archipelago with a mediterranean look where everything seems to be latinized. The voice acting of most characters is done with an italian accent and sometimes they sound funny. Even the PSAs that you hear on the radio after liberating a base are hilarious.

The game doesn't take itself too seriously. Story is generic, just as expected, but you are here for the action and to blow stuff up - and that is where the game shines. Explosions look awesome with nice particle effects and Rico Rodriguez, the one-man-army, has a lot of creative ways to make things go BOOM. You can use a wide variety of guns and vehicles, but some of your best and most fun toys unlock later in the game.

The open-world is filled with optional activities and collectibles, but there is some grinding involved if you want to unlock all the mods. Although the open-world is huge, there are a lot of useless green areas like forests or fields that make for long travelling times between objectives (until fast travel is unlocked).

Unfortunately the game is not very well optimized for PC and the physics engine acts unexpected sometimes. If you are hoping for another Mad Max then you'll be disapointed because this game requires a high-end machine to run smooth. There is an always-online component that makes the game stutter. Also, found one game breaking bug in a main story mission so I would suggest to wait for further patches that will hopefully improve optimisation and fix all issues.

Overall: I had a fun time with Just Cause 3 and I recommend it if you like open-world action games.

A great game in the Mad Max universe, more in the atmosphere of the 2015 movie than the older ones. I found myself really immersed in the gorgeous open-world with a vast amount of locations to visit and things to do. The wasteland has beautiful sights to see and the ruins of the old-world call out for exploration. Graphics are excellent and I believe this was the best optimised game for PC in 2015. Combat on foot is in the style of Arkham series with nice animations and fluid moves. Vehicle combat is a little hard at the beginning, but gets a lot more fun once you upgrade the vehicle. I left no stone unturned, so this game took me about 50h to complete. There is no replayability, except maybe for the races, but the time spent was of high-quality.

Overall: one of my favourite games in 2015 and I can not recommend this enough if you are into the open-world genre.

As stated on the store page, Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons was desinged with a controller in mind and makes good use of the peripheral for all gameplay tasks, from walking to solving the easy puzzles. The focus point of the game is the great story. Formidable level design complements the journey and graphics are well in tone with it.

Overall this was an outstanding gaming experience, although a little short. Maybe not worth the full price, but a must grab during sales.

Excellent free mod for Portal 2 and my personal Best Mod Of 2015. It forces you to think with portals and adds a lot more complexity to the puzzles. Give it a try after finishing Portal 2 and have a solid understanding of the game's elements and mechanics.
