I don't think TF2 has a coop campaign which speculates me to think that you meant L4D2 but then I don't know where you got the last part from since I don't have any mods for the game on my github. So I don't really know what you mean, but if you wanna mod either of them, they're srcds games which you can download plugins from https://www.sourcemod.net .
