Before you friend me, you should only be over Steam Level 10 (unless you're an IRL friend or relative and/or we've met on discord). If I find out that the friend is a bot, scammer, or a griefer/modder, they will be either blocked or just straight up ignored. And I won't be accepting private users (but I will friend them if I've played with them enough) and/or users with multiple VAC bans. (I'm fine with friends who have one VAC ban.)
