To me Sir Whoopass is absolutely something special. This game came into my life in a time I really needed it and it's silly parody humor. I lost my best friend, my brother toward the end of last year. Ever since everything has been absolutely up and down, and all around for me. One day I feel okay and then the next I feel like I want to isolate from the world, and when needing something to just play for comfort and to relax in general, this has been one of the games to hit the nail on the head the most for me. Absolutely obliterating enemies, to the silly narrorator comments and the events and cutscenes that unfold in game, I just can't get enough of it. To laugh and smile again at a game has been something that I needed way more than I realized.

I've seen some comments about dungeons being repetitive and one in the same, and while I can understand it I haven't exactly looked at it in the same light. I enjoy the combat and light puzzles so much, that just turning my brain off and going through them was a blast in a half, especially with the constant upgrades and hats. When going through the game I wasn't taking anything in a serious light, but rather the satire it's going for. Bosses are absolute silly fun, and to take potions and absolutely melt through them and giant groups of enemies is maximum serotonin.

Things could be more polished, I had found one too many areas that I could get out of the map with. Other than that I just can't help but want more Sir Whoopass in my life. I want to thank the devs for making this silly little game, and the impact it's had on me. This game will forever stick in my heart and always be a favorite. I will always recommend this to friends for a good laugh and good fun, I know my brother would of liked it too. Keeping my fingers crossed for a sequel!!!

As much as I wanted to like this game and recommend it I cannot at all. Let alone can I even complete the whole week because I am locked out of a errand completely as Cat Dude to Bully a dog that won't even spawn with new saves or restarting the game, fresh loads, validating game files. Nothing. This killed any drive I had to at least WANT to see what happens in the story. This was the straw that broke the camels back for me, but I can go on about how awful this is as a full released game.

I thought this was still Early Access for awhile, but this as a standard release is a complete joke. Floating signs. Floating buildings. Empty areas. Empty copy paste houses. The other errands felt so unpolished and rough around the edges, the boarder jumping was one of the roughest ones. Errands are rough but so is another big staple of the game. The damn menus and optimization. I have an RTX 2060 and I shouldn't run this game as bad as I do, it's honestly very embarrassing when everything is on low and sometimes frames still jump down completely. Half the time when I am trying to navigate the map or my inventory to dig through items or guide myself around with way-points nothing wanted to function. Clicking, exiting and reopening, nothing. I would have to save and quit back to the menu and reload in JUST to get my menus acting normal again.

This game not only feels dead in it's bland 'open' world but NPC interactions and general humor in this game are nothing compared to how they are in POSTAL 2. NPC's constantly cut off or talk over each other. Cut offs even happened in cutscenes..They Say the most cut and dry lines, and this game feels like it's more just 'sex jokes' than anything else. There are quite a few funny staples like the NFT's I can give it that much, but it is almost like the dev's were walking on eggshells the whole time to try and make sure nothing was "UNTAMED". The voice acting on everyone BUT The Dude is just...Soulless? I guess is a word for it? It just feels, again...Dry. Like the drive for the actors is just not there.

So many unresolved bugs. So many unresolved ISSUES. Yet. It's a full release.
No Regerts? Yeah that is completely evident.
Just play POSTAL 2 and POSTAL Brain Damaged instead.

We need more Sonic visual novels.
This style is honestly so fun for the whole cast.

Amazing storytelling, beautiful characters let alone voice actors. Addicting gameplay leaving you wanting to come back for more and more after every run to not only see what the other characters are doing, but what they have to say. It leaves you on your toes for another run not only for story but grinding loot to test out different weapons! Really amazing weapon variety, and I did say beautiful characters but they are also just absolutely memorable. More games should strive to have this kind of effort and love put into them! I just can't recommend it enough!

Early Access Review
It's Early Access so there are a lot of things that need attention.
online, key bindings resetting, skins and outfits resetting, as well as a couple audio bugs and of course optimization. FOV options would be a nice touch.

I really hope this game goes somewhere and the devs don't leave it. The concept is nothing new of course but it feels like a fresh take on the 'cod zombie' feel and it's honestly fun for what it is. You can tell there is nothing but love and passion here. I hope this game can catch more eyes and appreciation, and grow a player base.

Steam Workshop support could help this game grow as well, I believe.

Such an outstanding game at its core locked behind F2P practices which honestly really sucks. I'd rather actually pay for this than everything be locked behind micro transactions. Skins, announcer packs, stickers, aside from that you do earn stuff by grinding. I feel like over time, a lot of this will be readjusted, such as gold you earn to unlock characters. Time will tell, but even being locked behind the generic Battle Pass scheme I absolutely recommend still playing, its that fun and that good. Worth a shot from anyone.

I can finally say after 20 hours of playing this game it is totally worth every penny. Join the Discord, and you'll love this game even more. The Devs are a small team but they REALLY do care. Listening to every piece of feedback and eyeing glitches that are shown, and even interacting with the community itself. They constantly keep everyone updated and welcome people who join the Discord on the daily. Not only does this game have a team that cares but it blends so well with what it DOES present. "Killing Floor Tower Defense" is the best way to put it and DAMN. IT'S AMAZING. The maps are all so unique, and so big. There's always something to explore for batteries, credits or hidden secrets. From defending the bathroom to going outside in the backyard, it's completely action packed to the brim with more content coming too! Gunplay is like Halo and that's not a bad thing. There are multiple modes other than just the base 'Wave' Tower Defense. From Deathmatch to Infection and even some party modes as well as a freemode to explore maps and find secrets, or even just mess around with friends. There is so much love put into this game you just have to play to see. If you're looking for people to play with and online matches. Discord is the best place to go for your needs! Small community, but there are people there who love playing this game just as much if not more than I!
